    Grupo Hola, una empresa dedicada al ramo administrativo, solicitó la remodelación integral de un edificio en la Colonia Verónica Anzures. Como fortalecimiento de su imagen, la seriedad y confianza de su labor se tenía que ver plasmada en el concepto de la propuesta.
    La prupuesta diferencía los usos del inmueble en su fachada: acceso, circulaciones y área de trabajo, los cuales fueron trazados mediante una retícula que aprovecha el estado original del edificio. El acceso peatonal fue enmarcado ya que al interior se propuso el área de vestíbulo y recepción que permite controlar el acceso y dar seguridad al edificio. Al igual, se colocó una celosía en el bloque de circulación que proporciona un remate visual al interior complementado con el juego de luces y sombras que se va transformando durante el transcurso de la jornada. Por otro lado, el volumen principal se presenta como un bloque dividido representando la división que sucede al interior. Con la idea de generar claroscuros, el bloque de oficinas es extraído generando una doble fachada la cual ayuda a regular la incidencia solar y el vínculo con el exterior.
    A través de los materiales propuestos, el edificio se convierte en una lámpara urbana que representa el cambio que vive la colonia al presentar un rejuvenecimiento demográfico y restauración arquitectónica intensiva derivada de la gentrificación provocada por el Nuevo Polanco y detonada por la construcción de grandes edificios residenciales.

    Group Hola, a company dedicated to the administrative field, requested the complete remodeling of a building in the Verónica Anzures neighborhood. As a reinforcement of their image, the seriousness and trustworthiness of their work had to be reflected in the concept of the proposal.
    The proposal differentiates the uses of the building on its facade: entrance, circulation areas, and work area, which were outlined using a defined grid, resulting in a new modulation that took advantage of the original condition of the building. The pedestrian entrance was framed to create a distinction, as inside, the vestibule and reception area were proposed allowing for access control and ensuring building security. Additionally, a lattice screen was proposed in the circulation block, providing a visual accent inside, complemented by the interplay of light and shadows that transform throughout the day. On the other hand, the main volume is presented as a divided block, representing the division that occurs inside. With the idea of creating chiaroscuro effects, the office block is extracted, generating a double facade that helps regulate solar incidence and the connection with the exterior.
    Through the proposed materials, the building becomes an urban lamp, representing the change that the neighborhood is undergoing, with a demographic rejuvenation and intensive architectural restoration resulting from the gentrification caused by Nuevo Polanco and triggered by the construction of large residential buildings.
