    Ubicada en Solferino, Casa Muluk emerge con el propósito de respetar el contexto natural e histórico de la región. Este proyecto se distingue por su enfoque en minimizar el impacto en el entorno local, utilizando materiales y sistemas constructivos vernáculos. En armonía con la esencia del lugar, el conjunto de viviendas reinterpreta la vivienda tradicional maya, manteniendo su forma y transformándola en una bóveda de cañón que funge como epicentro de la funcionalidad residencial.
    Desde su concepción, se ha trabajado en formar una estrecha colaboración con los habitantes de la región para impulsar el desarrollo conjunto y el abastecimiento de recursos necesarios. Esta colaboración no solo fortalece los lazos entre el proyecto y la comunidad, sino que también contribuye al crecimiento económico y social, brindando oportunidades de empleo y promoviendo la sostenibilidad a largo plazo.
    El diseño arquitectónico de Casa Muluk se centra en honrar las raíces culturales y la biodiversidad de la zona a través de su geometría que, al mismo tiempo, crea una profunda conexión entre el usuario y su entorno. Cada rincón de la vivienda ha sido pensado para que sus habitantes experimenten una sensación de inmersión en la naturaleza circundante generando espacios de refugio, descanso y aislamiento revocando al habitar de la vivienda maya.

    Located in Solferino, Casa Muluk emerges with the purpose of respecting the natural and historical context of the region. This project stands out for its focus on minimizing the impact on the local environment, using native materials and construction systems. In harmony with the essence of the place, the complex reinterprets traditional Mayan housing, preserving its form and transforming it into a vaulted structure that serves as the epicenter of residential functionality.
    From its inception, there has been a concerted effort to form a close collaboration with the region’s inhabitants to promote joint development and the supply of necessary resources. This synergy not only strengthens the bonds between the project and the community but also contributes to economic and social growth, providing employment opportunities and promoting long-term sustainability.
    The architectural design of Casa Muluk is centered around honoring the cultural roots and biodiversity of the area through its geometry, which simultaneously creates a deep connection between the user and the environment. Every corner of the residence has been designed to allow its occupants to experience a sense of immersion in the surrounding nature, generating spaces of refuge, relaxation, and isolation reminiscent of the Mayan dwelling experience.
