Se fusionó la visión de tres oficinas jóvenes de arquitectura para desarrollar una torre de 176 departamentos ubicada al noroeste de Mazatlán, inserta en la ciudad, pero envuelta por paisajes naturales.
El entorno se vuelve el principal protagonista de la intervención, nos encontramos en un sitio en el que dos elementos igual de fuertes interactúan por ambas caras del predio: el mar y la ciudad. Estos dos componentes generan un empuje simétrico que moldea la torre, haciendo que esta busque abrirse para poder apreciar el asombroso cielo de Mazatlán al cual vemos como el elemento de identidad más representativo del sitio. Este, nos genera día a día un espectáculo diferente que se va transformando con el transcurso del tiempo, enmarcado por la misma estructura del edificio.
Cuenta con una variedad de siete tipologías de departamentos diferentes insertas en dos bloques de 25 niveles. Se colocaron uno frente al otro conectados mediante una circulación central que se abre en los laterales. Incluye distintas amenidades que buscan aprovechar su ubicación estratégica para conectarse con el sitio.
La torre parte de un esquema que fortalece su relación con el contexto, misma que se transmite a través de su geometría, estructura y materialidad. Esta última tiene como propósito reflejar la identidad, texturas y colores de la región; misma que la caracteriza y le brinda un protagonismo único.

The vision of three young architecture offices was merged to develop a 176-apartment tower located northwest of Mazatlán. It is located in the city but surrounded by natural landscapes.
The environment becomes the main concept of the intervention. We find ourselves in a place where two equally strong elements interact on both sides of the property: the sea and the city. These two components generate a symmetrical thrust that shapes the tower, making it seek to open up in order to appreciate the amazing Mazatlan sky which we define as the most representative identity element of the site. Day by day, it generates a different spectacle framed by the same structure of the building.
It has a variety of seven different types of apartments inserted in two blocks of 25 levels. They were placed one in front of the other connected by a central circulation that opens on the sides.
